Is it safe to drink warm water from a tube if a drinking line has to pass through a boiler room?

Provided WRAS approved materials are used for pipe work and fittings then the temperature would not be a health issue.

However, warm water is not pleasant to drink and it would be advisable to make sure that the route of the pipe went through a cool area if possible and if not then it should be suitably lagged.
